How much does admission cost for visitors?

How can I register for this competition?
→ Via Equibel from the 5th of may 2025 00:00.
Who can participate in this competition?
→ Participants must be members of Paardensport Vlaanderen/LEWB. The obligations of licences and immatriculations are in accordance with the provincial competitions as included in the Flemish Regulation Jumping 2024.
→ Each rider needs the following license: J02 | J03 | J08 | J16
→ Attention no day licences!
How many classes may a rider start?
→ Each rider may start a maximum of 1 class over the whole weekend! No exceptions are possible. It is not possible for a rider to start more than one horse. This is to give as many riders as possible a chance to participate.
Are ponies allowed to participate?
→ Yes, at the end of each class the double combination will be adjusted to pony size.
Changes and cancellation participants competition:
→ The entry fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation for any reason. However, you may make a name change of rider and horse within the same class. Changing height and day is in no case possible after registration. A name change can be made at the competition seceratary of Paardensport Vlaanderen.
How can I obtain a wildcard?
→ Through the selection competitions of the GOUDEN LAARS | H.R.O.V. | H.G.V.B.B. | K.R. | W.V.U.R. | K.V.O.R.
With a wildcard you are sure of your starting place in advance. You no longer need to register via the online system. You will receive an email from Paardensport Vlaanderen to make your payment directly. Each association makes its own rules regarding which riders are selected. The TOP 3 to 5 will get a wildcard for each height, depending from which association.
Can I rent a stable for my horse to stay overnight?
→ If you would like your horse to spend the night in the neighbourhood, you can contact a local stable to reserve a stable. In the competition information on the website you can find some recommendations in the area. There are no stables at the competition location.
Where can I park my horse transport?
→ There will be a parking area for horse transport on the dike. You will get access to this with your parking vignette. You will receive this after your registration. The parking vignette is included in the registration fee.
Where can I park as a visitor?
→ A visitor parking is provided 500 meters away from the competition location. The cost is €5 per car.
Can I ride my horse on the beach outside the closed competition tracks?
→ If you are a participant in the event ‘Beach Jumping’ in Middelkerke on 22 to 25 may 2025, you do not need to apply for a specific identification number from the municipality of Middelkerke for this period.
However, if you wish to ride on the beach outside this period, you must have an identification number.
Are dogs allowed on the beach?
→ Dogs are welcome on a leash at the Beach Jumping bar. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from June 15 to September 15.
